Why should you care? Well, you don't have to unless you like to save money. But hey, some people actually enjoy spending too much. If that's the case, then we may not be the place for you.

Jammin' Butter is the company that owns and operates That Daily Deal, 13Deals, Locobuy, Hobo Ninja, Sir Macho, and 7 Deadly Deals. If we were The Brady Bunch, they would be the Carol and Mike Brady of our lovely little unit. When you deal with That Daily Deal, you are basically dealing with an overly attractive, musically talented, technicolor family.

How do you ship?

OK, I bought something. When will it get here?

Unless otherwise stated, all orders typically ship within 10 business days of purchase. Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of a carrier such as Parcll or Newgistics. They then deliver to USPS and that's who makes the final delivery to you. If you need to receive an order by a certain date, please feel free to shoot us an email to [email protected] and we will do our very best to get the order to you by the date that it is needed. Why can't I ship my order to FancyPants, Hawaii or an APO address?

At this time, we are only able to ship to the contiguous USA, not including APO addresses. This is due to the unfortunate-yet-ever-increasing cost of postage and customs processes, which would effectively kill the deal. You aren't a murderer, are you?

I purchased from your ESGD program. Do those ship the same way?

No, those amazing deals ship a little differently than our regular deals. ESGD orders are shipped in "rounds", and the dates of each round will be listed on the main ESGD page as well as on each product page. Everything ordered within that round will be shipped together at the end of the round to the address on the first order placed.

Can I return it?

I received my order, and there is an issue. What do I do (is there a return policy)?

Do you offer a warranty?

Nope. Unfortunately, this would also be another untimely death of an amazing bargain. If your item has went bunk after the 7 day time from post delivery, then we suggest contacting the manufacturer or celebrating your totally cool new paperweight.

Rewards Redemption

How do I get points

Your points are derived from ALL the items you purchase from ThatDailyDeal, ESGD, Text Deals and 13Deals. Every single item you order, no matter where or how you order them earn you points. Each item has a designated amount of points per unit that is *usually* displayed on the page where you are ordering.

How soon will my points show up after I make a purchase?

As soon as the tracking number is posted, the points will automatically added to your current total. If you cancel an order, the points will be removed from your total.

Can I transfer my points to another account or friend's account?

No, the points are non-transferable and are voided if your account is deleted, or inactive.

How do I see and redeem my points?

You can see your reward point balance on the My Account page. You can redeem your rewards on the Reward Redemption page.

Do my points expire?

Who are we, an airline?!? NO! Your points don't expire. Trade them in quickly for a smaller reward, or save them up for a long time for a BIG reward! PLEASE NOTE - While the POINTS don't expire, the coupon codes you redeem them for DO expire. We suggest waiting to redeem the points once you are ready to make a purchase on www.ThatDailyDeal.com or www.13Deals.com.

I redeemed my points for a code for a discount or product. What now?

Once you redeem your points for a coupon code, your account will refresh with the automatically generated code in your redemption activity section, and you'll also receive an email with instructions (check your spam folder if you don't see it). Your instant coupon code is ready to use. Use this code during checkout on your next purchase by applying it to the coupon box. If you are checking out on a page that does not have a coupon code box, the code cannot be used in that method. Remember, codes can only be used on standard ThatDailyDeal.com and 13Deals.com purchases.
This means you cannot use codes on Stupid Good Deal or Secret Deal purchases. Please note that your code can not be applied to taxes and shipping, and the entire amount must be used in a single purchase or any left over amount will be forfeited. Coupon codes cannot be combined. Some rewards are shipped by 3rd parties or emailed to you or are just all around more complicated. In certain cases you will be contacted by our staff to assist in those. These are generally only the really big reward items.

Unfortunately, no. We just started this program as of 10/25/2016 and points are only accumulated for orders posted thereafter.
